Our trained experts are also on call to help you with cloud security posture reviews and policy designs to help you prepare for cyber threats and audit reviews.
We take giving back to the community very seriously and work with NGOs and humanitarian organizations to provide volunteer and discounted incident response services.

Our History
During COVID, many companies went to a virtual or hybrid environment solution to support remote work. The large cloud-based providers were not set up for the volume and needs of different organizations. Many companies had little or no cloud knowledge and were forced to set-up and pivot quickly. Keeping up with the fast-paced changes has left security gaps and threat actors have been targeting cloud solutions as a result.
Chris started BlueShell Incident Response after identifying a gap in companies available to respond to cloud-based incidents and intrusions. BlueShell Incident Response is based out of Ellicott City, Maryland, United States and was founded in 2025.
